Food Processor Can I Substitute A Blender For A Food-processor?

Can I substitute a blender for a food-processor? - food processor

I have a blender, 10 speed does not make, but in the food processor, and the need for some tahini and fruit into a paste address to some halva. It works, how fast? Any tips?

Here is the recipe to:

8 oz Sesame Tahini
4 ounces raisins
4 oz Dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract tea

Break the nuts in food processor until it forms a homogeneous mass. By hand, break the dough into small pieces and add sesame seeds or paste and vanilla. Turn the food processor again, and continue turning until the dough is formed again, it takes a few minutes, be patient. You may need to add a few drops of water to celebrate together, but be careful, no more than a few drops and it becomes sticky.
Once you become a single solid mass, take walnut-sized balls of mixture and roll between palms to form the balls. Refrigerate.

Yes, use only the ingredients at least once in a food processor. Use one of the lower settings to not only mash the ingredients. Do a little smaller lots instead of one ...

Break your recipe into 4 parts:
2 ounces tahini or sesame seeds
Raisins 1 oz
1 Timeline of Oz
1 / 4 c. Tea-Vanilla extract

Then make 4 times ... because you in a walnut-size balls anyway have pause, it should go.

The difference is that the blender is too fast. He tends to liquefy the solid, while food processors are circumcised device.

Try less ...

You'll also notice how the leaves of the mixers are smaller than the diameter of the soil, the ingredients on the wall. You need only scratch more often.
