Does value of vacant land decrease if in really bad condition after years? - land appraiser in paulding county ohio
A few years ago (1991), the ground beneath me, worth $ 5,200. Today, I wonder if the country declined in value because people throw away. Everything and nothing was dumped and covered with soil. Anyway, I do not think it would be worth about $ 5200 by dumping. I do not want to hire a surveyor, and all that I ask for advice or opinions. Thank you for helping us!

Not affect the value, unless it included the dumping of toxic waste.
Brian's proposal is not good. The evaluation of the county is in liquidation, with little of the sale value of your property to do.
The value of the land is not the country itself, but to use their potential.
If the soil has had garbage thrown at his head, then its value would be based on how much it would cost to clear land, and to reduce it.
